Operational Marketing Specialist




What will you do?

  • Contributes to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified categories.
  • Supports some customer marketing initiatives aligned with the growth strategy in close collaboration with KAM teams.
  • Help the marketing responsible to build value proposition to customer end to end.
  • Support MPM data collection, research activities and reporting systems (internal and external), analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Help to Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
  • Help to Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market.
  • Support in conducting and monitoring digital campaign management for marketing initiatives.
  • Produce marketing and promotinal materials to support our customers.
  • Support the PI activities, administration and compliance in the market company
  • Help to support customers in different categories
  • Help to produce Key presentations for the business (internal and external).
  • Could attend and support in meetings (remote and phisically)
  • Request samples
  • Store Checks
  • Access and edit internal tools
  • Attend internal trainings

Who you are?

  • Min 2 years of Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company with people management experience and multi-cultural exposure.
  • Proven basic knowledge to qualify for MPM job
  • Performance indicators, As per allocated tasks with focus on key MPM KPIs such as customer satisfaction, completion of assigned projects, revenue growth, market share etc

To give professional support to a range of MPM activities in the market company. Engages primarily in internal stakeholder communication and with customers.
