Project Manager (Audiovisual, Mid-Level)




  • Manage end-to-end audiovisual projects: scheduling tasks, assigning deliverables, tracking progress, and coordinating with editors and creative teams.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deadlines in collaboration with client stakeholders and internal leads.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPI trackers using Smartsheet and Power BI.
  • Facilitate workflow, feedback loops, and communication across remote teams in Colombia and the United States.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, DAM protocols (Bynder), and content delivery platforms (Frame.io, Egnyte, Vidyard).
  • Identify and mitigate risks; resolve bottlenecks proactively and manage quality assurance at all project stages.
  • Lead project kickoff, status, and review meetings; document progress and circulate actionable reports to all parties.
  • Oversee permissions, data integrity, and secure access controls for project assets.
  • Build productive relationships with client-side creative, marketing, and technology teams—serving as the main point of contact throughout the content lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in audiovisual, creative, or video project management (agency, brand, or production environment).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools—especially Smartsheet (mandatory), Power BI, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the video production process (pre-production, post-production, asset management, delivery).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced remote team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with video editors, producers, and creatives—understanding production timelines and technical constraints.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Bynder preferred) and remote content workflows (Frame.io, Egnyte, Vidyard).
  • Fully Proficient English—confident in client-facing calls, presentations, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Film/Media, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams is highly desirable.

Key Deliverables

  • Accurate project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for audiovisual deliverables.
  • Timely status reports and quality assurance checklists for each milestone.
  • Flawless communication and workflow between editors (junior and senior) and client-side teams.
  • Actionable feedback and continuous process improvement suggestions for both internal teams and client.



Findasense is seeking a Project Manager (Mid-Level) to orchestrate audiovisual projects for a leading financial services client in the United States. You’ll work closely with video editors (junior and senior), creative leads, and the client’s stakeholders—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple video content streams, driving team performance and proactively mitigating risks. This role requires strong mastery of project management tools (Smartsheet, Power BI), remote team leadership, and a strategic understanding of the audiovisual production cycle.
